Rachel is a pediatric occupational therapist (OT) who earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. She is a registered OT through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and is a Sequential-Oral-Sensory (SOS) trained therapist.
Rachel has worked in private practice pediatrics and Early Intervention since graduating OT school. She loves finding new and creative play based activities to keep therapy fun! Rachel has a special interest in sensory processing disorders, infant and early childhood development, and sensory feeding. In her free time, Rachel loves baking gluten free treats, working on craft projects, reading, and spending time with her husband and son.
